El modelo en cuestión es una reedición de la maqueta de Supermodel, muy bien realizada, pero por desgracia con los paneles en positivo. Trae una buena selección de cargas sub-alares, incluyendo la góndola que contiene los cañones de 30 mm para hacer la versión usada por la Armada Argentina, durante la guerra de las Malvinas.
En este caso he grabado los paneles principales y otros los he eliminado, pero incluso con esta operación limitada, ha hhabido una mejora significativa en el modelo. El kit no incluye las coheteras utilizadas por los MB-339 argentinos, y aunque era capaz de realizarlas, al no tener las dimensiones exactas de las mismas, me limité a poner solamente los cañones de 30 mm.
Los asientos fueron sustituidos por dos de resina, donados por mi amigo Vincent Olaniyan. El kit es una buena base para hacer un buen modelo detallado, y también me limité a unos pocos cambios.
Para conseguir los colores, me ajusté a las instrucciones del kit y un poco a las fotos enviadas por mi amigo Sergio Bellomo, con el que tuve la oportunidad de introducir este avión pilotado por Owen Crippa, utilizado en la acción contra las unidades de la Royal Navy.
Todavía recuerdo las hazañas de los pilotos argentinos durante esta guerra, que se han ganado el respeto en el campo de batalla de los británicos, y como he leído, sólo el mal funcionamiento de algunas bombas que no explotaron, limitó el daño ocasionado a la Royal Navy.
Sin embargo, un modelo con algunas modificaciones que da una buena idea de este avión especialmente famoso por su papel como entrenador primario.
La caja también incluye calcomanias para versiones de las fuerzas aéreas de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, uno de la Escuela de vuelo inicial Aviogetti de la Fuerza Aérea Italiana, y, finalmente, una aeronave de pruebas de vuelo tambien de la Fuerza Aérea Italiana.

The box also includes decals for versions of the United Arab Emirates air forces, one for the initial flight school Aviogetti of the Italian Air Force, and, finally, a flight test aircraft also of the Italian Air Force.
