IPMS Argentina Award at Telford 2016
Una vez más hemos entregado un premio especial en la edición de Scale Modelworld en Telford, Gran Bretaña. El premio es integrante de la nómina oficial del evento y el mismo fue presentado a través de nuestro amigo Phil Cater, integrante de IPMS UK y del Latin American Aviation SIG. Según nos informó Phil hubo cinco trabajos a considerar:
P-47 Thunderbolt brasileño - 1:32
Kfir TC2 ecuatoriano - 1:48
A-37 Libélula dominicano - 1:48
Peashooter de Guatemala - 1:72
Hellcat uruguayo - 1:72
Los modelos fueron de muy alta calidad, y se consideraron cuidadosamente todos los aspectos expuestos en las guías de evaluación.
El modelo más pequeño de todos tenía un gran acabado y un trabajo excepcional de tensores. En consecuencia, resultó ganador el excelente Peashooter guatemalteco en escala 1:72 de Eric Chang, miembro de IPMS Guatemala y UK, residente en Alemania.
Nuestras felicitaciones a Eric, y las disculpas por no entregar el premio personalmente por estar ocupados trabajando. Como dijimos en la tarjeta de juzgamiento: Muy bueno - Excelente!
Once again we have given a special award in the Scale Modelworld edition in Telford, UK. The award is part of the official event payroll and It was presented through our friend Phil Cater, member of IPMS UK and Latin American Aviation SIG. As reported Phil there were five entries to consider:
Brazilian P-47 Thunderbolt - 1:32
Ecuadorian Kfir TC2 - 1:48
Dominican A-37 Libélula - 1:48
Peashooter from Guatemala - 1:72
Uruguayan Hellcat - 1:72
The entries were all of very high quality, and we gave careful consideration of all aspects as outlined in the judging guidelines.
The smallest model of all had an excellent finish and outstanding work on the wires and rigging. We have a most worthy winner in Eric Chang from Germany, member of IPMS Guatemala and Uk, with his exquisite 1:72 Guatemalan Peashooter.
Our congratulations to Eric, and apologies to him for not presenting the award personally - we were busy either working or running a display. As we said on the judging card - Muy bueno - Excelente!
